The information on this website describes the logistics capabilities Mazibisa Logistics offers and is developing. It is provided for general information and does not constitute a quotation, booking confirmation or guarantee of service availability.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Rates, capacity, routing and timing are confirmed in writing before a movement proceeds, and remain subject to vehicle availability and operational capacity at the time of confirmation.
Cargo disclosure and restricted goods
Customers must disclose the complete nature of the goods before quotation or booking. Certain cargo requires specialised vehicles, licences, permits, packaging, insurance or regulatory approval and is not automatically accepted. Acceptance of specialised cargo is subject to written confirmation from Mazibisa Logistics. See the restricted cargo list.
Cross-border movements
Cross-border routes are not always available. Customers remain responsible for supplying complete and accurate shipment, customs and commercial documentation. Any clearing, customs, duty, border or specialist service must be confirmed before booking.
