What information do I need to request a quote?
Send us the type of goods, estimated weight, number of items or pallets, collection and delivery addresses, preferred dates, and any vehicle, loading, offloading or special handling requirements. The more detail you give up front, the faster we can quote accurately.
Do you provide cross-border freight?
Yes. We coordinate freight between South Africa and selected Southern African markets, including Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and Mozambique. Each cross-border request is assessed individually on cargo, route, documentation and border requirements, and complete customs and commercial documentation remains the customer's responsibility.
Can I request a once-off delivery?
Yes. We handle once-off deliveries, scheduled routes and ongoing contract requirements. Once-off jobs are subject to vehicle availability on the route and date you need.
Do you transport all types of goods?
No. Certain cargo requires specialised vehicles, licences, permits, packaging, insurance or regulatory approval — including hazardous goods, chemicals, fuel, medical products, live animals, high-value goods, perishables, abnormal loads, controlled substances and fragile machinery. Disclose the full nature of your goods before booking; acceptance is subject to written confirmation.
How will I receive delivery updates?
Our coordination team handles dispatch communication, customer updates and delivery confirmation, so you get status on collection, transit and proof of delivery through a single point of contact.
Can small businesses request freight services?
Yes. We work with operations of every size. Smaller consignments can often move as less-than-truckload freight on selected routes, subject to shipment compatibility and capacity.
